ROOM HIRE
At Stirling University Innovation Park we have three flexible meeting rooms that can be hired out for either full days or on an hourly basis.
Split across our buildings, our meeting rooms are fully serviced by our Administration team and can be configured fully to meet your needs
.
We also work closely with a local catering company to offer incredibly varied menus that not only match your preferences, but your budget too.

DUMYAT
The Dumyat meeting room (named after one of the nearby Ochil Hills), is the largest meeting room here at the Innovation Park and can be configured in a variety of ways.
The room can accommodate:
Boardroom Style - 16
Square Style - 20
Theatre Style - 35
Cabaret Style - 20
Horseshoe Style - 16
The Dumyat is the perfect room for larger-scale meetings & presentations as well as interactive workshops and seminars.
BEN CLEUCH
The Ben Cleuch meeting room (named after the largest in the nearby Ochil Hills), is our medium-sized meeting room here at the Innovation Park and can be configured in a variety of ways.
The room can accommodate:
Theatre Style - 22
Horseshoe Style - 12
Boardroom Style - 14
The Ben Cleuch is a great room for team meetings, interviews, away days and smaller-scale presentations.
BLAIRDENON
The Blairdenon meeting room (named after one of the nearby Ochil Hills), is the smallest meeting room here at the Innovation Park and is our only fixed-layout space.
The room can accommodate:
Boardroom Style - 14
The Blairdenon is a great room for team meetings, interviews and smaller-scale presentations.
CATERING
Each of our meeting rooms has a Nespresso Coffee machine to give your guests the perfect coffee options, whilst our catering partners can provide a range of menu options to suit your budget, dietary requirements and event style.
